Boost.Regex - Match whole word

Hi All, I'm developing my own grep tool and I would like to specify an option to match a whole word. Which mean, if I'm looking for 'main' I don't want to match 'mainVariation' but things like 'main(int' or 'one,main,two'. The equivalent of what you will find in any decent search tool :). I look through regex documentation and didn't find anything about that. If it's not implemented, is it planned to be ? Or shall the Boost.Regex user handle this applying some pre-processing on the regular expression to perform such task ? Thank you. [program_option] using vector and config

Hello. I want to parse option that has more values. For instance: options_description desc("Allowed options"); desc.add_options() ("include-path,I", value< vector<string> >(), "include path"); Now I want to parse configuration file which looks like: include-path = first/path include-path = second etc.. Can I have something like this instead: include-path = first/path,second,third,.. Is this possible with program_option or I have to use ugly-way configuration? Thanks for help Regards Aljaz

Advice on how to make a custom graph visitor

I have a graph that I am having difficulty making a graph visitor. I thought a breadth first visitor would do but there is a issue of order. I cannot guarantee what the order of visits to all the vertices will be on a graph. My graph that I am testing against is a directed graph of Component objects. Each Component requires input from the parent Component objects in the graph. For example, (Graph) C1 | ------------------ | | | | C20 C30 C40 | | | | | ------------------- | C5 (Table of inputs) C1 C20 C30 C40 C5 C1 C20 x C30 x C40 x C5 x x x x x I thought a breadth first search visitor would work. The behavior I was expecting was visits in the following order: C1, C20, C30, C40, Cc5. What I found was that I had C1, C40 and then C5. My program will abort at that point that c5 is visited since it is missing inputs from C20 and C30. When I take away calls to my code in the visitor and include just a simple "Hey I am at Component X" message I get the order I suspect. How to check out boost-1_35?

Dear Boost Users, I tried to check-out boost-1_35 using command line CVS on WinXP. Unfortunately, I did not manage to do his. I was simply not able to login to cvsroot/boost-1_35 as anonymous user. Hi, I am trying to get the --detect_memory_leak=1 option to detect a memory leak in my code. [bind] bind and static tables

Interprocess: fixed_managed_shared_memory bug

Dear All, As suggested in an earlier post, for using the interprocess allocator with STL container, one has to use the fixed_managed_shared_memory. To be able to do so, we have to specify an address at which the shared memory region is mapped. This address is passed as the last argument to the fixed_managed_shared_memory constructor, and after this the following is the sequence of calls: 1) fixed_managed_shared_memory(,,,,addr) 2) basic_managed_shared_memory(,,,,addr) 3) managed_open_or_create_impl(,,,,addr,,) 4) priv_open_or_create(,,,,addr,) In priv_open_or_create() one creates the mapped_region which in turn calls mmap() to map the shared memory to the addr specified by us. However the mapped_region object that is created here is as follows: mapped_region region(dev, read_write); here the address is not passed to the to the mapped_region constructor, which has default arguments for addr which is '0'. Hence, the fixed_managed_shared_memory is never allocated at the addr specified. Can someone help with this? A work around that I have done is to create the mapped_region as follows: mapped_region region(dev, read_write, 0, 0, addr); Regards, Sunil Chomal
