If you diff the qbk files from the archive in the file vault to the ones in branches/proto/v4, you'll see there are many breaking changes. Some are simple name changes, others are more involved. The largest breaking change is that the protocol for defining custom transforms has changed. But I haven't gotten around to updating that part of the docs yet.
So I may also need a new pair of glasses ;) I'll do the diff and see how deep is the change. Thanks in advance for updating the docs :)
