
That's too bad. I was hoping that they would have a nice conference room for talking with physicists from around the world that we could use (for FREE). And I imagined using a Wiki site for groups to reserve time slots, without putting a burden on the volunteer organizers who are probably exhausted from putting this conference together. Oh, well. If anyone has other ideas for involving people from around the world, I think it would be a Good Thing. I don't know anything about Skype unfortunately. I asked the program committee...it sounds like the answer is no. But there will be a wireless network so someone could set up Skype or something similar. So it would be great if people skilled in setting up this sort of computer-based channel could help out...
