Upgrading from V1.31 to V1.33.1
Hi everyone, While upgrading from boost version 1.31 to version 1.33.1, I'm getting the following errors : error C3861: 'BOOST_DEFAULT_ALLOCATOR': identifier not found Has this macro been deprecated ? Any work arounds available for this ? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks Dyuti

Well, I simply want to upgrade from VC7.1 to VC8 ..and the binaries for version 1.33.1 for VC8 are available online. Or do you know whether the binaries for version 1.31 (for VC8) are also available ? Also, what would help is if I could get instructions to compile boost in VC8 ?
