[serialization] custom xml archive and dynamic linking (VC 8.0)

Hello. I have tried to inherit my custom archive from xml_iarchive_impl and found no way to do it if macro BOOST_SERIALIZATION_DYN_LINK is defined. May be anybody already do that and can suggest me how?
