[guid] create_random_based and create_name_based

Hi there, I just downloaded guid_v6 from the vault. Seems that there is mix up in both create functions. The random version is calling create_name_based and vice versa. Reagrds, Christian

Sorry. My bad. It is fixed now and a new version is in the vault. guid_v7.zip.
