[metamath] Error and question about function calls

Hi, I was trying to test the trigonometric functions and add an exp function in the metamath library. I am not sure how to call them. Also line 58 of string_to_double.hpp needs to be changed to the following to compile in gcc: typedef typename pow_impl<unsigned_exponent>::template apply<T>::type positive_pow; Thanks, Chris

We are using Boost 1.33.0 with g++ 3.4.4 on an Opteron machine. I compiled .a archive libraries for our users to link to. The compile options we normally build our software with are '-march=opteron -m64 -ansi -mieee-fp -fPIC' along with '-O2' or '-g'. How does call_once work? Does it maintain a separate mutex for each unique function pointer passed in, or is there only one global mutex shared by all calls to call_once? In other words, can call_once(foo, flag) block call_once(bar, flag2)? -Jason

We aim to keep the cvs HEAD in as close to a release-ready state as we can, so new / experimental code shouldn't be in the HEAD right now. There is no reason (in principle) that the representation of an irrational shouldn't include trig / hyperbolic / bessel functions of irrationals, or even definite integrals. Of course, at this point you get close to rewriting a chunk of Matlab or Mathematica.
