I just got confused. I must have tried something like template<class T> struct C { //no use of T here }; I think what the compiler is doing may actually be correct. (see 3.4.2 and 14.7.1). [interprocess] Container requirements for Boost.Interprocess allocators

The boost inteprocess documentation [1] says that all objects must be constructed-destroyed via allocator::construct and allocator::destroy functions when using the interprocess allocators. However, according to the draft of the next C++ Standard [2] 20.1.6/2, allocator::construct is strictly equivalent to placement new and allocator::destroy stricly equivalent to a call to the destructor, with the pointer type casted to void*. [mpl] at for set and map does not match documentation

The map & set documentation all refer to the method "at" as having a default return value if no match is found, however I can only get the version without a default to compile and a look at the source at.hpp seems to indicate this is not implemented. Any help would be greatly appreciated. boost_1_33_1/libs/mpl/doc/refmanual/associative-sequence.html at<s,k>::type - works at<s,k,def>::type - does not compile (msvc8.0) Many thanks, Paul.

Hello, As RC_1_34_0 continues to progress towards a shippable state, the world stubbornly refuses to wait. Visual Studio 2005 service pack 1 was released a few days ago. I didn't see any mention of it here but I may have missed it.
