Would there be any interest sorting functions that sort data that is written to disk? I know that it sounds somewhat useless, but if the data on disk takes up 10gb, I know that no computer can load all of that data at once, even with virtual memory. This type of sort is also useful for low-memory machines, like a roadside speedometer, where large amounts of data need to be sorted but cannot fit into memory.

I have uploaded the preliminary code for external sorting onto vault. This code has not been optimized in any way, and currently supports radix_sort only.

Hi, I am learning to use Boost library for the project. I used an example list at http://www.boost.org/libs/filesystem/example/simple_ls.cpp I ran it in Windows .NET environment. Compiling and linking were fine. When I ran the program, it gave me the following system exception message: An unhandled exception of type 'System.TypeLoadException' occurred in FileFinder.exe Additional information: Could not load type boost.filesystem.detail.dir_itr_imp from assembly FileFinder, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null.
