Following that link, you get to a page containing links to downloads of various versions of Tcl, including instructions how to use the sources on various operating systems, including Windows. Look at http://www.tcl.tk/doc/howto/compile.html At http://www.tcl.tk/software/tcltk/license.html you can see the License for Tcl, which looks like BSD license to me. Boost Property Tree Status

I found the post on May 23, 2006 by Thorsten Ottosen saying that the Property Tree Library has been accepted into Boost. But I don't see it on the main Boost libraries page, rather just the sandbox entry for the original review. Does anyone know where Property Tree wound up? Eric

[regex] regex_match algorithm strategy?

Hi I have to split a regular expression of the shape (simplified for this example) (?:\<(or)\>)|((?:[[:word:]]+)[[:blank:]]*(?=\()) the idea is to match (actually with regex_search algorithm) or as a keyword and to match function names in function invocations (or declarations); i.e., or ( should be matched as the keyword "or" and then a parenthesis, but foo ( "foo" should be matched as a function name the above expression works correctly (and I've always used that one). Now, I had to split that expression into two regular expressions (?:\<(or)\>) ((?:[[:word:]]+)[[:blank:]]*(?=\()) and try to match the above situations the same way. Thus, I'm trying to match each one and then take the one that matched first with the biggest length (and smallest prefix but this is not important now); of course I don't get the desired behavior, since in or ( "or" is matched as a function name. Thus I was wondering: which is the actual algorithm used by regex_search? Hi there, with the 1.34.1 release out the door, what are the plans concerning the repository and the various branches ? Where should bug fixes and other patches go ? Is the release branch going to become the new development branch, as was suggested in a mail some moons ago ? Should I wait for the subversion migration before doing anything ? Upcoming review of Time Series

With all the work for the release, there haven't been many reviews for a bit. Here is everyone's chance to get back into the reviewing swing. Next Monday (7/30/07) the review begins for the Time Series library from Eric Neibler. It is available for download now, of course using http://boost-consulting.com/vault/index.php?directory=Math%20-%20Numerics and scroll to the Time Series library. It is worth noting that the library uses components not available in the 1.34 release, and so should be tested against CVS Head. This is in the README file, but can be missed if you are just fiddling around. There is also a backport file to modify the 1.34 release if prefered. In trying to get an idea of who is who in trac I created a report to list the users and names <http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/report/16>. But alas, many have not filled in their names.
