[string_algo] is_less and is_iless

Hi, I asked about the missing less-than equivalent to the is_equal and is_iequal predicates in the boost string_algo library some time ago. I was told that they are subject to enter the boost library soon (it's actually not much more than a copy'n'paste job from is_equal). But now since 1.33 is live and it's still not in the library, I thought I'd ask again. This behavior produced by error in "boost::detail::allocator_impl" or in Test Framework. Mutex for locking created by static member. Automatic unittests created by using global variables. So we have using uninitialized CRITICAL_SECTION because order of global variables initialization is undefined. I tried to convert "boost::detail::allocator_impl::mutex" from static variable to Meyer's singleton (with static member function which contains local static variable "mutex"). [spirit RC_1_33_0] GCC compile error when scanner::value_t is int

For a more detailed description of the problem, please read the thread in "comp.parsers.spirit.general" beginning with Jordan DeLong's "Problems when Scanner::value_t is int (possible bug)" dated 6/26/2005 5:14 PM (http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=12176737) In that thread, Jordan DeLong offered a patch file for Boost 1.32's "spirit/core/primitives/impl/primitives.ipp" which Joel de Guzman promised to apply to the release subsequent to Boost 1.33. Well, being that the problem persists in the RC_1_33_0 branch and there is a planned release of Boost 1.33.1, might not now be the time to do so? I've attached a version of Jordan DeLong's original patch file which is against the RC_1_33_0 version of "spirit/core/primitives/impl/primitives.ipp". The patched code has been tested under darwin GCC 3.3 (XCode 1.5), darwin GCC 4.0 (XCode 2.2) and win32 VC++ 7.1. [mpl] insert_range and extensible associative sequences

Hi All, Does somebody know why it so ****** difficult for me to post messages on this list. It makes it really hard to discuss anything on this list if I have to use the web interface. I have signed up two mail accounts: nesotto(a)cs.aau.dk thorsten.ottosen(a)dezide.com I'm positive I have received "Welcome" mails from boost-request. But I still can't post!!! Has it to do with my smtp server? Can I only use a certain smtp-server? Thanks for all help Thorsten
