How does one do a push_back with push_back_a when one is using closures where the first member is a vector<any>? Similar knowledge is needed when member1 is a map<string, any>! sandbox move library

Would it be possible to move the current sandbox move library into its own folder and separate its tests from the older move implementation. I'm having a problem with the library on cw 9.4 and it is a pain to get just the move library out of svn to run the tests at the moment. Thanks, Michael Marcin

Hi, A few weeks ago, a discussion that followed the demonstration of the binary_iostream library made me think about the standard C++ I/O and what I would expect from an I/O model. Now I have a preliminary design document ready and would like to have some feedback from the Boost community on it. The document can be found here: http://windmuehlgasse.getdesigned.at/newio/ I'd especially like input on the unresolved issues, but all comments are welcome, even if you tell me that what I'm doing is completely pointless and misguided. I would argue that an important requirement is an easy-to-learn syntax. Many potential users will be familiar with other libraries and if they can apply that experience to a new library it will make it quicker and easier to use. Hence my original argument that there are two justifiable APIs: one that is familiar to people who know the DOM syntax, and one that is familiar to people who know the STL syntax. Of course there are other potential requirements. Performance is one, but my (humble) opinion is that a _Boost_ XML library would focus more towards an STL-like API and less towards performance and "thin-ness". I'm sorry that my comments are sounding negative. I have used xmlwrapp, which is similar to your library, and it did a good job. I have no doubt that your library would be useful. But you haven't convinced me that your API, or the approach of wrapping libxml2, is the right style for Boost specificially. Cheers, Phil.
