A fusion transform_view of a random access sequence should itself be a
random access sequence, and its category is random access, but it
doesn't seem to implement the complete interface. For instance:

I understand this may be an OS problem, but I thought
i'd ask here since i've never encountered this before,
and incase its a known issue with bjam.

Those commands were run as root, but i've tried running
from many different user accounts with the same results.
I am running Debian 3.1 64bit (stable/sarge)
Any idea's?

Yes, rev. 1.32 works fine in my build.
I am using a scons-based build system. I'm not aware of doing anything special about wchar_t. I'll compare with the bjam options when I get a chance.
