[boost] Re: [release] Master branch is now open for bug fixes

The master branch is now open for bug fixes, test and documentation changes, but please follow the policy described in:

The next deadline: On August 6th, master closes for all changes.

I am requesting permission to merge this fix for Charconv: https://github.com/boostorg/charconv/commit/ad73f0b55767d8597817b57b4a470deb... It fixes part of an approximation of the number of base 2-36 digits an integer can contain. It has cycled green on both develop and PR against master. Matt
