Already works.
Example:
   void fun(Matrix &);
   Matrix a, b, c;
   fun(a + b * c * (a + b)); //compiles just fine.
Oops. It won't work.

void fun(const Matrix &);
Matrix a, b, c;
fun(a + b * c * (a + b)); // Now it works.
