[boost] Need for BOOST_PP_VARIADIC_POP_FRONT

      Hi,

I consider using Boost.PP variadic macros support, but I seems to be missing
subject macro (with support for zero arguments).

Any chance we can one? I'd hate to reinvent the wheel.
