No for some reason it seems like not all of boost/config was copied over, just manually copy the contents of boost/config into your new tree and that should hopefully fix things, will investigate this further though...

Yep, it had been modified to use Boost.Filesystem V3, but wasn't doing so correctly (or at least was tripped up by the changes), now fixed in SVN Trunk. Thanks for the report, John.
