[boost] [coroutine2] add to testing

Hi, I'm uncertain if boost.coroutine2 (C++11-only) will be part to the 1.58 release - a git-submodule exists but not at the list for the regression tests (I've opened a pull-request to boostorg/boost). Could you tell me the status of boost.coroutine2?! thx, Oliver
