[boost] [1.34.0] [utility] operators_test / gcc-3.4.5_linux_x86_64

I've checked in the attached patch. The note in the patch says it all. The failure was reported before to this list, and nobody has stepped up to investigate. Apparently, we get to release 1.34.0 with it. - Volodya
