[boost] Dead Link

There is a dead link on page [Machine Learning](https://www.preview.boost.org/doc/user-guide/task-machine-learning.html) refering to Boost.uBLAS library. I guess the typo is an extra s letter after /doc which seems to point to the correct page when removed. Regards, Brian
