[boost] [ptr_container] Fixed 'reversible_ptr_container.hpp'

Rev 41178 contained some bogus characters causing major breakage of the ptr_container library plus some collateral damage. I just committed a fix for this. I hope the author doesn't mind me shooting without asking. Regards, Markus
