[boost] [1.34.0] [iostreams] patch - boost_bzip2 contains the symbol "main"

      Hello,

I found the symbol "main" in the boost_bzip2 libraries. 
The function main() is contained in the file "mk251.c". 
This is for testing, so we doesn't need it. 

The attachment is a trivial patch for this problem.
