Hi Ruben, That will change in the future, however not for 1.89.0, since we are already entering the release phase, with steps such as "Release branch closed for all changes". The files can be retrieved from the other git repository.
Do I understand correctly that release notes should be submitted as PRs against this file: https://github.com/boostorg/website/blob/master/feed/history/boost_1_89_0.qb...
