[boost] [test] still regressions with IsDebuggerPresent()

There are still regressions caused by a missing definition of IsDebuggerPresent(). These failures have been introduced by the recent changes in boost.test. What is to do here? see http://tinyurl.com/6vdo9 Cheers, Stefan
