First I'd like to point out that Satan, as spelled using normal ASCII characters, is a regular Czech surname. Miroslav Satan plays in the NJ Devils. I believe the original poster signed off as Pavel, and you can find at least one Pavel Satan in Facebook. Just to show the name is common enough. Second, the nick was SATAN66613. The only sensible match you get with google is a song by the punk band Damnation. Lyrics and ring tones are easily available.
