[boost] Database library - SOCI 2.1.0 available

Hi, (Looks like the activity of the SOCI library is the only factor driving the discussion of the potential Boost database library. ;-) ) I'm pleased to announce that the new release of the SOCI library is available for download: http://soci.sourceforge.net/ The new release (2.1.0) contains two new backends and now supports: - Oracle - PostgreSQL - MySQL - SQLite We are still inviting potential contributors with ODBC experience.
