Will the questions on licensing be resolved before the review, before inclusion (if accepted)?
It is my understanding that Vinnie has contacted a lawyer with this question. More to follow on timelines. FWIW, the U.S. Copyright Office last month put out a report: "Copyright and Artificial Intelligence Part 2: Copyrightability"[1].
