[boost] [function_types] Pull request for library in 'develop'

Is there a maintainer for the function_types library ? Tobias Schwinger is listed as the maintainer but I do not believe he has been active in Boost for a long time. I have a pull request for the library. Can someone who has administrative rights for the library please look at it ?
