The version from unsucessfull review is at: http://www.torjo.com/code/logging.zip (has docs). It looks abandoned now. Mathew Wilson is working on a logging library (http://pantheios.sourceforge.net/ - still empty) and promises: It is the *ultimate* logging library API: it gives 100% type-safety, extensibility, genericity, extremely high efficiency, atomicity, thread-safety, platform-independence, and, most importantly, is effectively zero-cost when a given logging severity level is not currently enabled.
