Pull request https://github.com/boostorg/timer/pull/3 is a fix for Universal-Windows: "universal-windows: GetProcessTimes is not supported". Does anyone have a clue whether the P/R is correct and the best solution? Is the stated problem a temporary one that Microsoft will likely fix, and will it likely be a permanent limitation?
