I also tried the define "BOOST_MPL_CFG_NO_PREPROCESSED_HEADERS" with and without specifying the define "FUSION_MAX_VECTOR_SIZE".

I used the #defines BOOST_MPL_CFG_NO_PREPROCESSED_HEADERS BOOST_MPL_LIMIT_VECTOR_SIZE=60

Sorry, this was a mistake. Of course I used "BOOST_MPL_LIMIT_VECTOR_SIZE" instead of "FUSION_MAX_VECTOR_SIZE"
