The RC fails to build on Fedora 34 (beta) using GCC 11.0.1. Issue has been opened against Boost.Regex (https://github.com/boostorg/regex/issues/124). Matt

Successfully built the libraries on Mac OS 10.15.7 with Apple clang version 11.0.3 (clang-1103.0.32.62) for cxxstd=03,11,14,17,and 20 — Marshall
