New website and release notes

Hi all, Now that we have the new website, has the procedure to submit release notes changed? This page: https://www.boost.org/doc/contributor-guide/release-notes.html lists the old procedure of using quickbook files, but if I remember correctly this was one of the things that were meant to change with the new website. Thanks, Ruben.

release notes
Hi Ruben, That will change in the future, however not for 1.89.0, since we are already entering the release phase, with steps such as "Release branch closed for all changes". The files can be retrieved from the other git repository.
Do I understand correctly that release notes should be submitted as PRs against this file: https://github.com/boostorg/website/blob/master/feed/history/boost_1_89_0.qb...

"Do I understand correctly". It makes it sound unusual or confusion. :-) Andrey, what was the process in boost 1.87.0 or 1.88.0 (that was published on boost.io). The same.
