I tried applying it (with some stylistic changes that I've attached to the ticket), but the Stoer-Wagner test case does not compile for me with the current SVN trunk. One issue is that <boost/graph/one_bit_color_map.hpp> was not included, but there seem to be other issues as well. I am using GCC 4.7.2 in C++03 mode. Could you please take a look?
