Folks, I've been made aware that there are a couple of knowledgeable people who would like to participate in the Decimal lib review but are currently away, in order to give them a little more time (along with anyone else who needs it), the review period is extended until Monday 20th. I'd like to thank everyone who has participated so far: we've had some great discussion.  If you were thinking of submitting a review and haven't got around to it, now's your chance!
