Say I'm looking at http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1056 and have a question to the bug's submitter. Unfortunately, the bug's submitter is 'anonymous', and no email address can be seen anywhere. Can Trac be configured to reject submission that don't include an email address? - Volodya
