 When trying to compile boost 1.34 with Intel C++ Compiler 9.1, strange
 things happen. Obviously, the script is looking for icc.exe, and the
 executable name of ICC 9.1 is icl.exe.

 Renaming icl.exe to icc.exe temporarily fixes the issue.
