#989: Boost build does not support building universal binaries on macintosh

Comment (by grafik):

There are a variety of changes that I'd like to see to this patch, so that
it integrates better with the rest of Boost.Build. Unfortunately the
changes mean that I would *not* feel comfortable doing them in the 1.34.1
 release. The changes roughly:

 * Use the existing "architecture" feature instead of creating a new "arch"
 feature. Suggested patch attached.
 * Move the Objective C/C++ type into a separate "v2/tools/types/objective-
cpp.jam" file following how the other types are registered.
 * Come up with a less generic name for the MacOSX SDK feature, "osxsdk"
 comes to mind.

(Eventually though we just want to fold in the darwin build specifics into
 the gcc toolset.)
