Comment (by Tarjei Knapstad <tarjei.knapstad_at_[hidden]>):

This is a problem with Debians packaging and not with Boost.

It looks like Debian is packaging both a single threaded and multi
threaded version of the boost_filesystem lib and add '-st' and '-mt' to
the library name. Either modify OpenLibraries to link with either the '
boost_filesystem-mt' (or '-st') or report this upstream to the Debian
 packagers.
