 Unfortunately there's no Boost library to associate this request with. We
 can field requests for features in existing Boost libraries, but it sounds
 like you're asking for a new library. You might want to start by reading
 about how new libraries get into Boost at
 http://www.boost.org/more/submission_process.htm.
