 I should add that the semicolons I am referring to are
 not the ones at the end.  As long as users know about those
 they can avoid warnings.  The problem is that there is a double
 semicolon at typeof_impl.hpp line 121
             BOOST_TYPEOF_FRACTIONTYPE();\
 and online 136
 # define BOOST_TYPEOF_NESTED_TYPEDEF_TPL(name,expr)
 BOOST_TYPEOF_NESTED_TYPEDEF(name,expr);
