 The current trunk version of Quickbook produces invalid Docbook XML for
 admonitions, e.g. [note ...], [important ...]. The output for the
 admonitions contains a <para> tag immediately nested within a <para>,
 which is invalid according according to
 http://www.docbook.org/tdg/en/html/para.html


 The obvious fix is to remove one of the <para> </para> pairs.
