 Rework root/more/boost_soc_2006_overview.html...
   * Add a GSoC sub-section to the community area (community/gsoc.html and
 common/menu-community.html).
   * Move the boost_soc_2006_overview.html content to a subpage of the GSoC
 sub-section (community/gsoc_2006_boost_overview.html).
