Comment:

 It was mostly fine.

 [40434] The title hadn't been changed from the template, so I changed it
 to match the old page, 'Boost Background Information'. Perhaps 'Boost
 Introduction' would be better - to match the menu.

 [40439] Ran the latest tidy on the file, minor indentation change.

 [40440] Deleted the old file.
