 This patch does not properly resolve the issue. Bjam has problems building
 properly because the path isn't properly returned from
 /tools/jam/src/build.sh.  A better stopgap solution would be to change the
 toolset from "mingw" to "gcc" just before user-config.jam is created.  I
 have attached a simple patch that does this.
