 BTW, this particular [http://qc.codegear.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=51854
 Borland issue] is also the cause of the current failures of
 value_init_test (version [40089]) at the
 [http://beta.boost.org/development/tests/trunk/developer/utility_.html
 regression test] (for both siliconman and bcbboost).
