 Running the VC8/VC9 code analyser on a project using ptr_vector results in
 a C6334 warning:

 boost\ptr_container\nullable.hpp(48) : warning C6334: sizeof operator
 applied to an expression with an operator might yield unexpected results

 This warning has been silenced in the type_traits library. Can the same
 change be applied to Ptr_container?
