 Hi,

 I compiled all header files in thread alone with g++ 4.3 and got some
 warnings because of not initialized variables. Probably it is at least
 once a real error
 and should be fixed.

 I'm surprised that I did not find missing include statements, you did
 a good job!
 Please note that I skipped all headers in win32/.
