#1561: Using BOOST_AUTO_TEST_CASE with boost::program_options

I am trying to use boost::program options with BOOST_AUTO_TEST_CASE, but
cannot work out how / where to set up the main program and get at the
arguments.
The issue seems to be complicated by test recognising some options
(according to some of the documentation).
Is there a suitable recipe?
