 The sources of boost_bzip2 contain mk251.c.
 This file is for testing and contains main() function.

 Mostly this is OK.
 But when we use it with -mwindows option on cygwin or MinGW, g++ links to
 the main() in boost_bzip2.
 So please remove mk251.c from the sources.
